Cancellation Policy
Kissi Aesthetic Hair – Appointment Policy
To ensure every client receives the best possible experience and access to available appointments, please review our updated policy below:
• Online Booking: All cancellations and reschedules must be completed directly through our online booking system.
• 48-Hour Cancellation Requirement: Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.
• 24-Hour Rescheduling Window: You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment time through the online system.
• No-Show Policy: Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in full service charges.
• Emergency Consideration: We understand that life happens. In true emergencies, please contact us directly for review and possible exception.
